The role

What you'll actually do

As an SDR, you drive outbound activity for our clients — starting real conversations with decision-makers and turning them into qualified sales opportunities. You'll typically manage two to three client accounts at once, representing each brand professionally and becoming a genuine extension of their sales team.

The work is execution and communication: speaking with prospects, uncovering their challenges, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for client sales teams — while continuously sharpening your messaging and conversion.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers
  • Qualify opportunities through structured discovery conversations
  • Book qualified meetings for client sales teams
  • Manage activity across two to three client accounts
  • Coordinate meetings and keep calendars accurate
  • Follow up with prospects and keep them engaged
  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with clients and the internal team
  • Continuously sharpen messaging, objection handling, and conversion
  • Report on campaign performance to clients

Requirements

What you'll need

Must have

  • At least 1 year of sales experience — ideally SDR or outbound
  • Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
  • Strong verbal communication and genuine phone confidence
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and client accounts
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, with high ownership and accountability

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Experience in an agency or multi-client environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools
